Evolve Plant Training was established and founded in 2020 by AJ McWilliam. With over 24 years experience in operating plant machinery in both Construction and Oil and Gas industries, AJ decided to focus on training and share his experience with others.
Our Goal
At Evolve Plant Training, we are dedicated to offering comprehensive industry training at affordable prices. Our goal is to maintain high standards for all operators, whether they are new to the industry or have years of experience. We believe that accessible and high-quality training is essential for the success of individuals and the industry as a whole.
NPORS Accreditation
NPORS are a CSCS partner card scheme. Which is open to operators working in any industry. They are independent of any training board or trade association. The scheme supports the training and testing of lift truck operators, mobile plant operators and users of powered work equipment.
